Food was okay except for the soup (# 1) Price is great but what pulls the shop down is the staff, totally unfriendly, wanted to hang up when ordering by phone and it wasn't better in the shop.

Very tasty, freshly prepared food. The price is really perfect. We always love to eat it!

It always tastes good

Never wanted to order there again, so we didn't have a menu. This restaurant does not have a website, so we called our order that. The answer came frantically, the lady had no time, but we should give her the number of the court when we explained that we had none. Again she said I had no time and just hung up. What kind of service is this please?

The lady on the phone looked very stressed (unfriendly (the sound makes the music)). Despite the pre-order long waiting time, at the customer in front of me, forgot parts of the order. I heard the call from the previous speakers on site, customer-oriented gastronomy looks different. With food: overcooked vegetables, sauce too thick, the soup (No. 1) was very similar to the sweet / sour sauce. All in all, the food was lovingly prepared. It's a shame. A piece of advice for the future: change something, both in terms of food and in dealing with customers.

Just a shame! I used to eat here very much. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated more and more recently and the food is not nearly as tasty as it used to be. The food seems to be lovelessly prepared, often there are not the same dishes that are on the menu, extra wishes like "please a little spicier" should be fulfilled with a chilli sauce from the supermarket. Therefore for some time, no longer recommended!

Always friendly service, inexpensive large portions, it has always tasted very good. Quite quick for freshly prepared food. I can only recommend Miss Hanoi.

For a "snack" a very long wait. Unflexible ("Extras" as additional vegetables not possible). Ordered noodle and got rice, which I noticed only at home. Extremely annoying. Will not eat there a second time.

Delicious, super friendly and fair prices! The food is nice and hot. Fresh vegetables, huge portions. What you can not do locally, you can take with you.
